• Operator’s and ground handling agent’s staff involved in the handling, storage and loading of cargo or mail and baggage
• The one who absences from Recurrent DGR Category 8 more than 24 months of previous training

• Language: Thai/ English

• Fail: Re-apply

• Certificate Valid: 24 Months
